Equipped with Epson I3200 printheads, this DTF printer is purpose-built for heat transfer film, supporting a maximum width of 70cm and speeds up to 30 square meters per hour. Precision linear rails and an ultra-thick steel frame provide superior stability, eliminating vibration at high speeds and ensuring accurate registration. Color reproduction is handled by a CMYK plus white ink configuration, producing vivid, saturated imagery. Pre-heating is integrated into both the printhead carriage and the powder shaker, enabling consistent adhesive application even in high-moisture environments. A mesh belt conveyance system ensures smooth, deviation-free media transport. Configuration options include two or four printheads, and one or two sections for the powder shaking and drying unit.
