This DTF machine leverages Epson I3200 printheads for heat transfer film printing, supporting a maximum width of 70cm and a top speed of 30 square meters per hour. High-precision linear guideways combined with ultra-thick sheet metal construction ensure the frame remains stable and shake-free at top speeds, delivering accurate registration. Color output is driven by a CMYK plus white ink configuration, producing rich, vivid results. Pre-heating is integrated into both the printhead carriage and the powder shaker, guaranteeing efficient powder application even in humid weather. A mesh belt transport system ensures smooth, deviation-free media movement. Configurable options include two or four printheads, and one or two sections for the powder shaking and drying unit.
