Precision linear rails and an ultra-thick steel frame provide superior rigidity, preventing any shaking during rapid operation while maintaining exact positioning. Color reproduction is handled by a CMYK plus white ink configuration, producing vivid, saturated imagery. Pre-heating is integrated into both the printhead carriage and the powder shaker, ensuring consistent adhesive application even in high-moisture environments. A mesh belt conveyance system guarantees smooth, drift-free media transport. Configuration flexibility includes a choice between two or four printheads, along with one or two sections for the powder shaking and drying unit.
