This DTF system features Epson I3200 printheads and is designed for heat transfer film, handling media up to 70cm wide with a peak output of 30 square meters per hour. High-precision linear guides and an extra-thick steel chassis contribute to exceptional rigidity, eliminating vibration during high-speed operation and ensuring accurate registration. A CMYK plus white ink arrangement delivers rich, vibrant color results. Pre-heating is incorporated into both the printhead assembly and the powder shaker, guaranteeing consistent powder application even under humid conditions. The mesh belt conveyor ensures smooth, stable media movement without side-to-side deviation. Flexible configurations allow users to select either two or four printheads, along with one or two sections for the powder shaking and drying machine.
