Engineered for heat transfer film printing, this DTF machine uses Epson I3200 printheads and supports a maximum material width of 70cm, with production rates reaching up to 30 square meters per hour. High-accuracy linear rails combined with reinforced heavy-gauge sheet metal construction ensure the chassis remains rock-solid at top speeds, delivering pinpoint positioning accuracy. Color output relies on a CMYK plus white ink arrangement, yielding rich, vibrant visuals. A pre-heating system is integrated into both the printhead carriage and the powder applicator, enabling reliable powder adhesion even under humid conditions. The mesh belt transport system guarantees smooth, consistent media movement without lateral drift. Customers can select from two or four printhead configurations, as well as one or two sections for the powder shaking and drying assembly.
